wrote on March 2, 2023 at 10:27 am: Great property, cosy and clean. Couldn’t get closer to sea unless you pitched a tent on the beach. It was wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of waves gently lapping the shore. We’ll be back.

wrote on February 24, 2023 at 5:30 pm: We were delighted with all aspects of 1 Norcot. It's position is unbeatable, we loved the decor chosen with care and reflecting it's close proximity to the sea. We are self caterers who definitely do not self cater and the delightful stroll to nearby eateries suited us perfectly. However if cooking is for you on holiday, everything you could need is supplied.

A pretty village with a fab coastline, the cottage has amazing views over the sea, waking up hearing the sea was a real treat. The cottage has excellent facilities, is clean and felt like home from home. The decor and facilities have been well thought out, and the terrace is a real sun trap, even had breakfast up there a few mornings! I will be back next year!
wrote on August 28, 2016 at 6:42 pm: This was our first ever trip to Cornwall and we loved it. The house is perfect, great setting with everything you need for a comfortable, family holiday. We explored the Rame Peninsula which offered lovely walks and deserted beaches. The children loved the paddle boarding and kayaking and we hired wet suits very easily from Cawsand beach. Will be back....!!
