Our letting terms are as follows:

• Peak season, seven nights minimum stay with changeover day on a Saturday. Low season, prices based on three nights minimum stay.
• Maximum group size, six persons
• You can access the cottage at the start of your letting from 3pm to allow appropriate cleaning
• Cottage needs to be clear by 10am.
• Clean bed linen and towels will be provided at the start of every letting but please bring your own beach towels. You will also need to bring toilet rolls.
• Payment terms - 50% of the hire fee is required on confirmation of your booking. 50% due 2 weeks prior to check-in
• £150 damage deposit is also required on booking.  This will be refunded 14 days after your stay unless you report loss or damage.
• Cancellation policy - 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date
• There is a charge of £75 for one small, well-behaved dog. We respectfully expect dogs to be kept downstairs and off the furniture and window seats. Deposits will be withheld otherwise for extra cleaning. The dog policy will be reviewed if this proves to be difficult to maintain.
